IMG Numeri and Eventus EA merge into leading accounting provider in Estonia

On October 1st 2012 OÜ IMG Numeri and OÜ Eventus EA managements signed a merger agreement and with adopting it by shareholders of both parties the leading accounting services company in Estonia shall born with close to 50 accountants and more than 500 clients. In merger process Eventus EA is the incorporative body, but post merger the joint company will proceed with IMG Numeri name.

Eventus EA is also the oldest still in business accounting venture in Estonia, what started its independent activities from October 1st 1992 but was active in providing of services through its predecessor already from 1991. IMG Numeri began with accounting services from 1997 as accounting department of IMG Konsultant and merged with at 2005 with Dexteri Raamatupidamisbüroo.

Merged accounting company is a head of pan-Baltic group consisting OÜ IMG Numeri and OÜ Hansaconsult in Estonia, SIA Numeri in Latvia and UAB IMG Numeri in Lithuania. With the help of more than 60 accountants the Group is serving over 800 clients in all Baltic States. Revenue of IMG Numeri group 2012/13 financial year is estimated more than 2 million Euros.

IMG Numeri continues close cooperation with tax and legal consultation company IMG Konsultant to provide for clients integrated business services at whole life of legal entity starting with association of it until the liquidation of one.
