IMG Numeri Expanded to Lithuanian Market

Since the beginning of April, the accounting services of IMG Numeri are also available in Vilnius. After the merger of IMG Numeri and a Lithuanian accounting and auditing bureau Vilsentras, established in 2003, the company thereinafter offers accounting services under the trademark of IMG Numeri. IMG Numeri’s Lithuanian partner Vidmantas Liepuonius considers the growth potential of the business activities and the accrual of credibility as one of the most substantial reasons of the merger.

“Business activities in Lithuania are developing fast and thus our country has become too small for our customers,” said Liepuonious, and added: “I am glad that we could join an international business group, which enables to service our customers also in Latvia and Estonia. Credibility is an essential value when offering accounting services and this is why it took a long time for us to find a cooperation partner. As an auditor, I have had previous experience with the high quality services of IMG Numeri and thus I can be sure that we made a good choice.”

Inga Allik, the managing partner of IMG Numeri, states that launching the provision of accounting services in Lithuanian market was an important part of Numeri’s growth strategy. “We deliberated between several potential partners and the main reason for choosing Vidmantas was the fact that he wanted to expand his business activities and export them to markets where we were already active,” said Allik. “Hence, the interest was mutual and our customers can only win from the merger. Naturally, his background as an auditor and his several years experience as a head of an accounting bureau also contributed to the merger,” she added.

As the next milestone in developing its services, IMG Numeri sees the implementation of accounting services based on international standards and the unified internal control procedures in all IMG Numeri’s offices in the Baltic market. “We also make efforts for implementing new information technological application, which enables to decrease the administrative burden on customers and makes the work of our accountants far more effective,” said Allik.

Seven accountants are working under Vidmantas Liepuonius in IMG Numeri UAB’s offices in Vilnius and Utena. A total of more than 40 accountants in our Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian offices are servicing IMG Numeri Group’s more than 600 customers, which makes our company one of the top three largest accounting bureaus in the Baltic States.
