On 1 October 2012, the Management Boards of OÜ IMG Numeri and OÜ Eventus EA signed a merger agreement. As a result of this agreement, the largest company in Estonia providing accounting services of about 50 accountants and more than 500 customers will be created. In this merger, Eventus EA is the acquiring company, however, after the merger the company shall be doing business under the name of IMG Numeri.

Eventus EA is also the oldest accounting company in Estonia which, as an independent company, started to provide services on 1 October 1992. However, accounting services were also provided through its predecessors in 1991. IMG Numeri started its business as an accounting company on 1997 as the accounting department of IMG Konsultant and as Dexter accounting company which merged on 2005 and became IMG Numeri which currently provides accounting services in all Baltic States.

The merged company forms a pan-Baltic group consisting of OÜ IMG Numeri and OÜ Hansaconsult in Estonia, SLA Numeri in Latvia and UAB IMG Numeri in Lithuania. The group with its more than 60 accountants provides services to over 800 customers, and the anticipated total turnover of 2012/13 exceeds 2 million euro.

IMG Numeri will continue its partnership with the tax and business law company IMG Konsultant providing customers with integrated business services throughout the entire life cycle of a legal person, from the establishment of a company to its dissolution.
